When you create your organisation account for the first time, you will be asked to set a verification code for your admin area. This ensures that irreversible changes such as project deletion cannot occur without knowing the code. It's also a handy way to prevent pesky students from being able to cause changes to other student accounts if they make their way to your screen behind your back!


If you forget what this code is at any time, you will need to email and request for your code to be changed. Due to privacy restrictions set in place, forgotten codes cannot be retrieved and must be reset. The process goes as follows:


1. Email "animate@cloudstopmotion.com" and request for your verification code to be changed.


2. Await a response which tells you what your new code is.


3. Go to app.cloudstopmotion.com and sign in to your personal account and then open up your organisation account's admin area.


4.  Click on the 'Organization properties' tab on your main dashboard.



5. Navigate to the bottom right box that says 'Security Code' and at the bottom click on 'Set Verification Code'.


 

Once you have clicked on 'Set Verification Code', click on the field with code in the box will empty. You are now free to set this to a new alpha-numeric code of your choosing. Once you have done this, a pop-up will appear asking for your previous code in order to update the new one. Enter the one you received in the email and upon being accepted, your new verification code will immediately update.
