In short, yes. Cloud Stop Motion takes the privacy and security of data very seriously.

All data is stored securely within Microsoft Azure cloud data centres. These are industry standard secure sites and data is encrypted to high standards. They are all located in the UK and US.

  • If you are a school or organization, administrators (teachers) can see all the information entered by pupils and they have the full power to delete anything entered. 


 

  • If you are a parent of a child at a Cloud Stop Motion school, the school should share this information with you if you request it, and delete anything you are not happy with. If a parent at a Cloud Stop Motion school no longer wishes a child to use the app they can request that a school removes access for that child by deleting their child’s user profile, which the school has the power to do without any additional assistance from us.


 
 

  • If you have an account with Cloud Stop Motion and no longer wish to use it, you can request account closure with us and your data will be erased as per our procedure. You can do this by logging into your account, clicking on the icon of a person in the the top right and then clicking on 'Manage your account'. Scroll down to the bottom and click on the link that says "Thinking of closing your Account?".
