You've set up an organization for your school, university or club. Great! How do you add students? Depending on how many students you have, you may wish to do this is in one of two ways.


If you only have a few students, you may opt to add them manually. To do this, please check out the following instructions:


1. Go to app.cloudstopmotion.com and sign in to your personal account.


2. Navigate to your organization admin area by clicking on "Manage Organizations' (the icon that looks like a building in the top right).


 

3. Click on the green 'New Student' button.


4. Enter a display name, username and password for the new student. You can choose to auto-generate a random password if you prefer by clicking on 'Generate Password'.



5. Click on 'Submit'.


Please note: You will need to repeats steps 3 to 5 for each additional student. 


If you have many students, you may can import them from a csv, txt or Excel file. To do this, please check out the following instructions:


1. Go to app.cloudstopmotion.com and sign in to your personal account.


2. Navigate to your organization admin area by clicking on "Manage Organizations' (the icon that looks like a building in the top right).



3. Click on the blue 'Import Students' button.


4. Click on the blue 'Select File' button and choose the appropriate file from your computer.


5. Choose which information you would like to import by using the drop down menus next to 'Display name', 'Username', 'Password' and 'User group'.



6. Click on 'Import Students'.
