Due to our strict Data Protection and Privacy policies, Cloud Stop Motion does not have access to details such as passwords from your account - however, recovering and resetting your password is easy with Cloud Stop Motion. 


Simply follow the steps below and to regain access to your account:


1. Go to app.cloudstopmotion.com and click on 'Sign in'.



2. Immediately underneath where you are asked to enter your existing account email address and password, you should see a blue 'Forgot your password?' link. Click on this link.



3. Enter your email address and hit 'Send verification code'. You will immediately be sent a code to your email address.



4.  Enter the verification code and click on 'Verify code'



5. If you have entered your verification code correctly, you will be prompted to change your email if you like. If you simply wish to changer your password however, click 'Continue'. Please create a new and memorable password and then click on 'Continue' once again. Your password will now have changed.
