There may be a number of reasons you want to remove a user, a group or all users form your organization. Usually, this is because the user has left the organization (e.g. graduated from your school), you're looking to downsize the number of users that have access for storage purposes or simply because an incorrect user was originally added. Whatever the reason, removing somebody from your organization is relatively easy, however care must be taken to ensure they are deleted permanently (if this is what's desired) as they will otherwise continue to use up storage space.


To remover a user (or multiple users) from your organization, please follow the guide below:


1. Go to app.cloudstopmotion.com and sign in to your account. 



2. Navigate to your organisation admin area by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner and then clicking on "Organization Console'.



3. Select the user group that contains individuals you'd like to delete.



4. Click on the check box next to any user(s) you'd like to delete and then click on 'Delete user' at the top. You will be asked to confirm if you'd like to delete the user(s). Click on 'Ok'.



5. Select the 'Deleted users' group.



6. Click on the check box next to any user(s) you'd like to permanently delete and then click on 'Delete user forever' at the top. You will be asked to enter your verification code. Enter your code and then click on 'Submit'. 



Handy tip: If you have deleted a user by accident or simply changed your mind, there's no need to worry. Instead of clicking on 'Delete user forever', click on 'Restore user' instead. Only delete users permanently if you are completely sure this is what you want to do.
