If you've encountered a problem while trying to save to your Google Drive account you may have been given an error message. Google Error 403 stems from not having given Google the correct permissions when you first synced it up with your Cloud Stop Motion account.

When you first sync your account, there will have been a check box asking you to confirm if you wish to give Cloud Stop Motion permission to 'see, edit, create, and delete' the files you use with this app. Because this was not ticked, Google is showing a 'Forbidden 403' error when you try to export here.

In order to rectify the issue, you will need to re-sync your account with the correct permissions:

1) In your Google Drive account in your web browser, click on your profile account button (the one with your initial inside a circle).

2. Click on 'Sign Out'.

2. Once you have signed out, return to your Cloud Stop Motion account and click the 'refresh' (circular arrow) button.

3. Navigate to your 'Movies' section.

4. Choose which animation you would like to save, then click on 'Save to' followed by 'Google Drive'

5. A pop-up should appear, asking you to sign in and sync your Google Drive account. Enter your account details and password.

6. After you have signed in, you should be greeted with a prompt, asking you if you would like to give Cloud Stop Motion permission to access your Google Drive. Click 'Continue'.

Your movie should now successfully save to your Google Drive. Once you have saved it, you should now find your movie waiting for you there to watch.

If you have been working across various devices, you will need to repeat the above process on each device/browser.
