If you find your webcam is working on some apps but not on others, it is often simply the case that the correct permissions have not been allowed and so your computer may be blocking certain websites or apps from accessing your camera.
When you first load up and use the Cloud Stop Motion app, a pop-up alert should appear requesting you to give permission. If this is accidentally declined you will need to change this setting before the camera will work.
In this case, you will need to change these permissions by going into the settings of your internet browser. The instructions for doing so will be different depending on which browser you are using.
Some instructions on how to provide camera access can be found here:
- Google Chrome (desktop PC versions): Click here for a guide to managing permissions in Chrome
- Safari (Mac versions): Click here for a guide to managing permissions in Safari
- Microsoft Edge: Click here for a guide to managing permissions in Edge
